HOW DOES HOME DELIVERY WORK?

We deliver to Calgary and surrounding areas between 10am and 4pm every Thursday. 

HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

Once you’ve chosen your items from our Origin Online Beer Store, select pick-up, delivery or ship. 

• Pick up will be ready within 2 hours of the order being placed. 
• Delivery will be every Thursday with in a 50km radius of Downtown Calgary (24 hour cut off previous day) from 10am - 4pm.
• Shipping will take 3-10 business days depending on the form of shipping selected at check out.

WHY CAN’T I SEE MY CHOSEN DATE AS A SHIPPING OPTION?

We will deliver on the Thursdays in the event beer is ordered from Thursday - Tuesday with a 24 hour cut off before delivery date. As our demand increases we will adjust accordingly.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver to homes and businesses within a 50km radius of Downtown Calgary.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER OR DELIVERY FEE?

Our minimum delivery is $50 worth of products with a $5 delivery fee. There is an option to tip your driver, andalltips go to the drivers - this is not compulsory, but is very much appreciated by the drivers!

JUST LEAVE MY ORDER ON THE DOORSTEP, OKAY?

Sorry, not okay :( You must be home to receive your order - it’s the law. We will not leave alcohol on your doorstep. Failed delivery attempts will be returned to the taproom and you can collect it from there during regular taproom hours or an additional request can be make for delivery on the following Thursday.  

CAN YOU LEAVE MY ORDER WITH MY KID?

If your kid is old enough to buy alcohol, sure! Someone aged 18+ must be at home and be able to show ID to receive alcohol.

DO YOU DELIVER TO CONDO BUILDINGS/APARTMENTS?

Yes, but drivers will not enter condo or apartment buildings. Customers must meet the driver at main floor entrance. Please add a buzzer code to your shipping address so we can contact you.

DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING ORDER DELIVERY?

Yes, we offer shipping outside of our 50km radius with third party couriers.
